Looking for an exciting and challenging Business Development role with the foremost recruitment outsourcing and technology business in the UK?
Due to our continued year-on-year growth we’re looking for an experienced Business Development Executive to join the GradWeb team, helping us to grow in all of our core markets.
Reporting to the Head of Business Development, the key responsibilities of this role will include:
- Detailed research of prospect client organisations
- Sourcing of publically advertised tenders (OJEU etc)
- Qualify network of prospective clients using an existing contacts database
- Recording all leads, monitoring outcomes, scheduling follow-ups and identifying next steps
- Preparing detailed meeting briefing packs
- Inviting prospect clients to events
- Attending events when necessary
You will be an experienced B2B sales professional with a demonstratable track record. It is essential that you have experience of selling to FTSE100 and FTSE250 organisations and experience of selling to international markets will be advantageous. Ideally you will have a background in recruitment outsourcing or executive search.
Shortlisted candidates will be required to provide documentary evidence to support their experience, and will be tested on verbal and numerical reasoning skills, as well as telephone communication ability.
