We can help you structure and script competency-based interviews, including assessment guidelines and scoring mechanisms. We will trial the interview process so we can iron out any issues before we go live. And we’ll also establish a format for candidate reports so that the feedback we give you is both comprehensive and easy to review.
It’s also good practice to give unsuccessful candidates the opportunity to receive feedback on their interview performance. Using our candidate reports, we can provide this information on your behalf, communicating the feedback by telephone or email.
