GradWeb was established in 2000 by Jonathan Butler, Julie Pratt and Katrina Rostrup, three experienced graduate recruitment professionals with broad and specialist knowledge of a diverse range of industries. We have developed into a mature business with an international client portfolio that includes some of the best-known graduate employers in the public and private sectors.

Not only do we use cutting-edge technology to develop sophisticated online application and candidate management systems, we also place great value on the human touch, providing hands-on support at every stage of a campaign, from processing applications and dealing with enquiries to screening applicants and co-ordinating interview and assessment event schedules.
We also have specialist consultants who design and deliver candidate selection processes and interviewer and assessor training. Our project management team plans and co-ordinates every campaign element and, once the recruitment process is complete, we like to conduct a detailed analysis and develop ideas for improvements.
