We believe that an awareness of our environmental impact promotes responsible working behaviours, and fits with our values. We follow these guidelines to ensure that we are managing our business in a way that has the least impact on our environment:

• Complying with all applicable environmental laws and regulations
• Reducing waste production, disposing of waste responsibly and recycling as much as possible
• Procuring materials, goods and commodities on the basis of the environmental impact of both the products and suppliers
• Reducing the effect of printing through the use of environmentally friendly paper and the correct recycling of toner cartridges
• Monitoring and reducing effects of business related travel
